Pocket Korean (the website pocketkorean.com, the web app app.pocketkorean.com and the Pocket Korean mobile apps) is built to work without collecting personal data.

What we do not collect

• No account, sign-up or login is needed.
• We do not use advertising, advertising IDs or tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or share personal data.

Data stored on your device

Your study progress, bookmarks and settings are saved only on your own device (browser storage or app storage). If you download pronunciation for offline use, the audio files are stored on your device. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

Hosting and server logs

The website, web app and audio files are delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you load a page or an audio file, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the content and protect against abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

App stores

If you download a mobile app, Apple or Google process data under their own privacy policies.

Children

Pocket Korean does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
